combining low-resistance copper materials, graphene–copper composite
interconnects, nitrogen-based inert processing, and protective encapsulation.
The solution is designed to reduce interconnect resistance, minimize
oxidation-related losses, improve electrical stability, and extend chip service
life. Copper remains the primary material, while graphene composites are
considered for further wiring optimization. All claimed performance
